This 18 hole course has earned its place among the more elite golf courses on the Costa Del Sol. The first 9 holes were originally designed by Antonio Garca Garrido, the second 9 were designed by the clubs technical team. The Santa Maria golf course offers golfers not only a challenging game but also some spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and mountains. The golf course has a club with some excellent facilities including a 19th century clubhouse with restaurant, bar and a snooker room.

La Quinta Golf Course (winter rates )

Originally designed by three times winner of the World Cup Championship, Manuel Piñero, this golf club demands a degree of accuracy and endurance that will challenge the professional golfer and please the amateur golfer alike. La Quinta has a wide variety of hazards along the course including water & sand hazards, elevated tees with trees and some tricky streams to get past before getting to the raised greens.

The La Quinta golf course is made up of 3 sets of 9 holes which allows the golfer to play different combinations of 18 holes of golf. For those who are beginners at golf the club has a golfing school with excellent tutors to help you improve your game.

Rio Real Golf Course ( winter rates )

One of the oldest clubs in the Costa del Sol, situated on a mild slope that reaches down to the sea. It is well known for the way the course respectfully integrates with the outstanding beauty of its natural location.

Rio Real Golf Course is situated in a valley with sea views crossed by the Rio Real creek, 3 kms from Marbella, Javier Arana designed the course in the 60s and it opened to the public in 1965.

Marbella Golf Course ( winter rates )

Situated just 5 minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Marbella. Designed by Robert Trent Jones. This course offers you 18 holes of challenging golf.

It is a difficult course that amateurs should avoid unless they particularly enjoy sand or looking for lost balls. This club has one of the best specialised shops.

To finish a perfect days golf, visit its excellent Clubhouse which boasts a wonderful bar and restaurant.
